電梯LIFT認(rèn)證簡介

歐盟在2014年發(fā)布了電梯新指令2014/33/EU，以及新版電梯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 81-20以及電梯制造與安裝安全規(guī)范 EN 81-50，指令與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將于2016年4月20日起執(zhí)行，并與2017年9月起強制實施，將替代老的電梯指令95/16/EC。LIFT指令是歐盟針對電梯安全的指令，歐盟授權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)依據(jù)LIFT指令對直梯的安全部件和直梯產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行EC合格評審。

法律背景：

在歐盟成員國范圍內(nèi)，電梯安全部件只有在它們具有CE 標(biāo)志且附有EC 符合聲明的條件下才能投放市場。CE 標(biāo)志的獲得遵照安全部件的EC 型式試驗（電梯指令 2014/33/EU）；

LIFT指令對安全部件定義如下：

層門門鎖裝置：轎門門鎖裝置和廳門門鎖裝置

上行超速保護(hù)裝置（制動器）

防止電梯墜落的裝置安全鉗
-瞬時式 (滾輪和楔塊)
-漸進(jìn)式限速器

-緩沖器
-蓄能型緩沖器
-耗能性緩沖器

管道破裂閥或安全閥 ( 液壓電梯安全防滑落裝置 )

電氣安全控制回路

認(rèn)證流程：

LIFT指令附件IV 中列入的所有電梯安全部件的授權(quán)。SICE檢驗工程師依據(jù)LIFT指令，依據(jù)LIFT指令對直梯的安全部件和直梯產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行EC合格評審，開展全球的一站式檢測認(rèn)證服務(wù)。

審查技術(shù)文件（設(shè)計計算書復(fù)核，設(shè)計圖紙審查等）；
驗證安全部件技術(shù)符合性；
依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行檢查和測試（依據(jù)EN81-1/2，附錄F.1 至 F.7安全部件測試要求）

電梯安全部件認(rèn)證模式

基于EC型式試驗的安全評估模式：
?   EC型式檢驗（附件Ⅴ-模式B）+ 最終產(chǎn)品的隨機(jī)檢驗(附件Ⅺ–模式C)
   ? EC型式檢驗（附件Ⅴ-模式B）+ 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證(附件Ⅺ–模式E)
基于質(zhì)量保證體系的安全評估模式：
?   全面量控制（附錄Ⅸ-模式H）：獲得EC型式許可的電梯安全部件，在設(shè)計，生產(chǎn)和檢驗檢測環(huán)節(jié)滿足LIFT指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN81-1/EN81-2的基本要求，可以申請全面質(zhì)量控制模式的EC證書。
